Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on the Site and update the "Last updated" date.

1. Data Controller

The controller responsible for processing personal data collected on this website is: Diana Sepúlveda, Spain. Email: artemissart.store@gmail.com

2. Data Collected via Web Analytics (IONOS SiteAnalytics) This website uses the analytics tool Web Analytics (SiteAnalytics), provided by 1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Tracking and Logging

Tracking and logging are enabled by default.

Technology Used

Data is collected using a pixel or a log file. In order to protect visitors' personal data, Web Analytics does not use cookies. The visitor's IP address is transferred when a page loads, and is anonymized immediately after transmission, then processed without personal reference.

Personal Data Collected

IONOS does not store any data that would allow individual website visitors to be identified. The only data collected is:

  • Referrer (previously visited website)
  • Website or file requested
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Type of device used
  • Time of access
  • Anonymized IP address (used only to determine the location of access)

Purpose of Processing

Data is collected exclusively for statistical evaluation and technical optimization of the website.

Legal Basis

The legal basis for this processing is the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting of analyzing and improving the website's technical performance.

Disclosure to Third Parties

No data is shared with third parties.

Retention Period

IONOS does not retain this data: the IP address is anonymized immediately after transmission, and the data is processed in a way that cannot be linked back to an identifiable person.

3. Data Collected via the Online Store (IONOS Online Store)

This website uses the e-commerce solution Online Store, provided by 1&1 IONOS SE.

Server Log Files

Each time a page is accessed, the web server automatically records a log file containing: the name of the file requested, the anonymized IP address, the date and time of access, the volume of data transferred, and the access provider from which the request was made.

Order Data

Only the minimum amount of personal data necessary to process transactions is used. When a visitor places an order, their data (e.g., name, shipping/billing address, and contact details) is stored in order to fulfill it.

Retention Period

  • Usage data (log files) is deleted no later than seven days after the visit ends.
  • Personal data related to orders is retained for as long as the store is operational and, where applicable, for the period required by applicable tax and commercial regulations.

Data Disclosure and International Transfers

Data is not shared with third parties and is not processed outside the European Union / European Economic Area.

Cookies Used by the Online Store

  • ShopInit: checks whether the browser accepts cookies.
  • SessionID: stores session data (language, currency, shopping cart, and current orders), and allows returning registered customers to be recognized.

These cookies are technically necessary for the store to function (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR: performance of a contract / legitimate interest in the site functioning correctly).

  • Order information (shipping/billing address, payment confirmation)
  • Account information (username, password)

Providing this data is necessary for us to deliver the requested service (e.g., processing an order); if you do not provide it, we may be unable to complete that service.

6. Security and Data Retention

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no system is completely secure. We recommend not using unsecured channels to send us sensitive or confidential information. The retention period for your data depends on the purpose for which it was collected (see Sections 2 and 3), and on whether we need to keep it to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

7. International Transfers

Our service providers (such as IONOS) may process data within the European Union / European Economic Area. If a transfer of data outside the EU/EEA were to occur, it would be carried out using legally recognized mechanisms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, unless the destination country has an adequacy decision.

If you have any complaints about how we process your personal data, you can contact us using the details in Section 1. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
