Every piece is handmade to order. Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 working days for it to be made and prepared for shipping. Orders are sent worldwide via Correos, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Spain: 2-4 working days
• European Union: 4-7 working days
• Rest of the world: 7-14 working days

Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied on arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and cannot be refunded by Artemissart.

Returns

Not happy with your order? You have 7 days from delivery to request a return — just email your order number to artemissart.store@gmail.com.

Return Shipping Costs

• Spain: customer covers return postage
• European Union: customer covers return postage
• Rest of the world: due to customs complexity and cost, returns must be sent via a trackable local postal service at the customer's expense

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received, minus the original shipping cost and any customs charges paid. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave your parcel at the nearest pickup point and notify you by email or text with collection details. You'll have 14 days to collect it, plus a further 7 days to raise any issue if you miss that window. If we don't hear from you within this time, we'll treat the order as cancelled by the customer.

Please note: not every returned parcel makes it back to us. Refunds can only be processed once we've received and confirmed the returned item.
